San Antonio's 2017-2018 Broadway Season Will Include On Your Feet!, The Color Purple, An American in Paris & More
'On Your Feet!,' 'The Color Purple' & 'An American in Paris'
Get ready for some big-time Broadway entertainment, San Antonio!

The biggest hits on the Great White Way are headed to San Antonio as part of the just-announced North Park Lexus Broadway in San Antonio 2017-2018 season!

Broadway blockbusters On Your Feet!, The Color Purple and An American in Paris will be part of the upcoming season. The lineup will also include The Bodyguard, The King and I, Irving Berlin's White Christmas and The Book of Mormon. In addition, subscribers can choose to add the highly-anticipated engagement of Rodgers + Hammerstein's Cinderella.

THE BODYGUARD
September 19 - 24
Based on the smash hit film, the award-winning musical stars Grammy Award nominee and R&B superstar Deborah Cox! Former Secret Service agent turned bodyguard, Frank Farmer, is hired to protect superstar Rachel Marron from an unknown stalker. Each expects to be in charge; what they don’t expect is to fall in love. THE KING AND I
October 17 - 22
Set in 1860’s Bangkok, the Lincoln Center Theater production of Rodgers + Hammerstein’s The King and I tells the story of the unconventional and tempestuous relationship that develops between the King of Siam and Anna Leonowens, a British schoolteacher whom the modernist King, in an imperialistic world, brings to Siam to teach his many wives and children. Directed by Bartlett Sher and winner of the 2015 Tony Award for Best Musical Revival, The King and I is "too beautiful to miss," according to New York Magazine.


IRVING BERLIN'S WHITE CHRISTMAS
December 12 - 17
Based on the 1954 movie starring Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosemary Clooney and Vera-Ellen, Irving Berlin’s White Christmas tells the story of a song-and-dance team putting on a show in a magical Vermont inn and falling for a stunning sister act in the process. Full of dancing, laughter and some of the greatest songs ever written, including "Happy Holiday," "Sisters," "The Best Things Happen While You’re Dancing," "Snow" and the unforgettable title song. Irving Berlin’s White Christmas promises to be a merry and bright musical for the whole family.
