ADDITIONAL TICKETS

TO ORDER ADDITIONAL TICKETS

Additional tickets for all Broadway in San Antonio performances are available to Season Subscribers, before tickets are released for public sale. We encourage you to purchase any additional tickets as soon as possible to ensure the best seating availability. Please note there is an eight additional ticket limit per show, per household.

Additional ticket requests are processed in the order in which they are received. To guarantee priority seating, please be sure to order your additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public; however, you may place your order at any time prior to the performance. Show dates, on-sale dates, times, prices and artists are subject to change without notice. No refunds. Limit 8 additional tickets per show, per household. Please note, exchanges done by phone will incur a $3 per ticket convenience fee, while exchanging your tickets online is now FREE.

EXCHANGING TICKETS

Season Subscribers have the privilege of exchanging tickets for a different performance of the same show. While comparable seating cannot be guaranteed, all exchanges will be made from the best available seating within your desired price level. Please note, if you exchange your seats to a performance/section that is different than your seats original price level, the difference in pricing must be paid and differences in price will not be refunded to you or applied to any other transaction. Exchanges must be processed at least 48 hours prior to your performance for performances Tuesday through Saturday or by 5pm on Friday for Sunday performances.

Multiple exchanges for the same production may incur additional fees.

2016-2017 Season

The Package Total includes the following non-refundable fees. The price of your 3- Show Subscription reflects the face value of your tickets as well as a $39 per seat handling fee, a $12.75 per seat facility fee, and, if applicable, the Patron Level Subscription fee noted below.



Patron subscriptions (Center Orchestra Rows A-S and Left/Right Orchestra Rows B-S) include an additional $85 fee for each seat purchased. Patron subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits for Patron subscribers include parking vouchers, a special concierge in NYC for Broadway ticket needs when traveling, and invitations to private events.

TICKET FORWARDING

Unable to use your tickets? Want to send them to a friend or family member? Ticket Forwarding is a virtual Will Call that allows you to offer your season tickets for an event to another individual via email. The recipient of the offer will receive an email notification, which can be accepted or declined. If accepted, the tickets will be delivered via TicketFast® and can be printed at home to attend the event. Service fees may apply. To begin forwarding your tickets today, log on to your account, and click “Manage My Tickets” from the “Quick Links” menu on the left.

ONLINE UPGRADES

All renewed subscribers will receive an email invitation after the Renewal Deadline to log in and browse to make changes to their subscription seats within their online account. IMPORTANT: You must have a valid email address to participate. Please add us to your safe senders list so you do not miss any emails from us. If you haven’t used our online system before, need to have your password reset, or need to update your email address, please contact us at 800.215.7469. Upgrades are only available for renewed accounts. Upgrades are possible only when seats become available through cancellations,therefore better seats may not be available in your current performance day and time. You will retain your current seats if there are no upgrade opportunities that meet your needs.

NETWORK BENEFITS

LOST TICKETS

Should you lose or misplace your tickets, you can reprint them online! Log on to your account, and click “Manage My Tickets” from the Quick Links menu on the left. Visit HERE for detailed instructions. Alternatively, you can call the Subscriber Hotline at 800.215.7469 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) for assistance. Please note that lost tickets cannot be exchanged.

LATE ARRIVALS

The admission or re-admission of latecomers is subject to the producer’s rules for each individual show.

TICKETS FOR CHILDREN

A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age.

Please be advised that productions begin promptly at the time stated on your ticket, and most shows dictate a seating hold at the start of every performance. Please plan your travel and parking accordingly so you do not miss a moment!
