Can I purchase tickets in person? What are the box office hours at the Majestic Theater? When do the doors open prior to a performance? Are there walk-up sales on the night of the show?

Tickets for Broadway in San Antonio may be purchased at the Majestic Theatre Box Office, located at 226 E. Houston Street, San Antonio, TX 78205. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday 10AM to 5PM. On performance days, the box office closes 30 minutes after the curtain time.

Where would you recommend parking for a performance at the Majestic Theater?

The closest parking area to the Majestic Theatre is the Mid-City parking garage, located on the corner of College Street and Navarro, across from La Mansion Hotel. There are quite a few other parking facilities located near the Majestic Theatre. Prices vary according to distance and whether or not the attendant will be charging for event parking.

What is the appropriate dress code for attending the theatre?

There is no specific dress code for attending shows with Broadway in San Antonio. Guests should wear what is appropriate for the show they are attending and we usually suggest business casual attire.

May I bring a child to the theatre?

Children under the age of six are encouraged to attend only special children’s theatre events. Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket regardless of age. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, children who are disruptive to other guests will be asked to leave the seating area. Infants will not be allowed to attend Broadway performances. What do I do if a performance is cancelled or if there is inclement weather?

In the unlikely event a performance is cancelled, Broadway in San Antonio and Ticketmaster will inform patrons via phone, email, or mail and give patrons appropriate information regarding the show’s ticketing policies. Ticket holders are also encouraged to return to their original point of purchase for more information. We recommend that patrons check for updates and information regarding their scheduled performance by visiting or the Majestic Theatre Facebook page. We rarely cancel performances due to weather. In cases of inclement weather, we strongly recommend that patrons use public transportation where possible, travel safely and allow plenty of time to arrive at the theatre on time. During inclement weather, updates will also be posted on and the Majestic Theatre Facebook page. We recommend that patrons check these sites frequently if there is a pending or occurring storm.

I missed my show, can I get a refund?

Should you miss your performance, a refund will not be issued. We may attempt accommodate you with seats to another performance of the same show subject to availability and show discretion for all titles excluding HAMILTON.

When will tickets go on sale to the general public for a specific show?

Tickets go on sale to the general public on a rolling basis throughout the season, typically a few months prior to the show’s engagement. The best way to be notified when shows go on sale is to join the eClub. Click Here and sign up today! The eClub is an electronic mailing list that is free to join. Broadway in San Antonio strongly urges all of our patrons to purchase their tickets through an Authorized Ticket Source which are Broadway in San Antonio and Ticketmaster. We do not recommend that patrons purchase tickets through unauthorized outlets, online resellers or other ticket sales operations.
