In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.
If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.
Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, Broadway Across America, and the Majestic Theatre Box Office. Some restrictions apply. The above policies apply to tickets sold by the Majestic Theatre and Broadway Across America for presentations in San Antonio,TX.

As we look forward to re-opening our doors for the 2022-2023 Broadway in San Antonio season, nothing is more important than the health and safety of our audiences, staff, artists, and community. If we need to cancel any performance at any time for any reason – the value of your ticket is safe. You may receive a credit, refund, or be able to donate the value of your tickets.
*Payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on the dates listed above. A valid credit card is required. Credit card expiration date must be after 08/01/2022. Payment plan may only be applied to the cost of your Subscription package. Season Options must be paid in full at time of order. All accounts are eligible for the payment plan.
**Exchanges are not available for every performance. Exchanges and additional tickets are subject to availability. The difference must be paid when exchanging into a higher priced performance or seating location. Some restrictions may apply. All seating subject to availability. The difference in price must be paid at the time of change. If a refund is due to you, it will be credited to your account within 5-10 business days following the end of your change window.
COVID-19 health and safety protocols may be in effect for these performances; you will be notified of any protocols in advance of your performance. Click here for our current health and safety protocols. All ticketholders are required to comply.
Pricing for Subscriber Additional tickets is subject to change without notice. Some restrictions may apply. Events available on a first come, first served basis and are subject to change. Subscriber additional tickets purchased by phone or online will incur a $10 per ticket service fee. There is an eight (8) ticket limit per account, billing address or credit card. Orders that exceed this limit will be cancelled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. No refunds.
Packages do not include R.E.S.P.E.C.T, Riverdance, or Chicago. Additional purchase required. Additional ticket requests are processed in the order in which they are received. To guarantee priority seating, please be sure to order your additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public, however; you may place your order at any time prior to the performance.
Due to the nature of live entertainment dates, times, performers, and prices are subject to change. Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the terms on this page and the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions.
All subscribers will be automatically renewed into the 2023/2024 season and beyond risk free. A valid email address and credit card
are required. Your credit card will be charged approximately 14 days after the announcement date. If you decide you do not want to
renew for any reason, you can opt out or also cancel up to 30 days following the 2023/2024 season announcement date to receive
avoid being charged or receive a full refund.
Account Credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferrable, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) toward the purchase of tickets for Broadway in San Antonio shows directly through Broadway Across America. Account credit may have an expiration date. If using a payment plan, the full balance of your account credit will be applied first, with the remaining balance divided into 4 equal installments.
